Several reasons led me to join this fantastic team. Previously, I worked for a large technology company in Poland that did not prioritize the development of its employees. There was no chance for me to improve my skills by exploring new Open Source technologies, as we always stuck to outdated solutions. However, at Vazco, we embrace cutting-edge technologies and tools, providing ample opportunity for professional growth. Additionally, my colleagues' supportive and collaborative culture makes it easy for me to learn and grow. About your future (project/work)
As a Mid Fullstack Developer at Vazco, you grow by contributing to innovative projects worldwide and the Open Source community. You can rely on support from your project team, including well-experienced Full Stack developers, a QA specialist, and a PM/PO. By joining our Crew, you enter the mission to maintain the highest coding standards on the market.
Are we a match?
You meet all our criteria if you have:
- Experience (at least 3 years) with our tech stack (TypeScript, Node, React),
- The will to adapt to new technologies in the future (if necessary),
- Interest in AI technologies and the latest tech trends, and experience or willingness to use AI tools in daily development work.
- Yearning for excellent quality, like keeping technical debt as low as possible and emphasizing security aspects.
- Understanding of the best practices and a will to enforce them throughout the company.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Polish [B2].
- An open mind and a very proactive attitude.
- Willingness to expand your skills and knowledge, including being open to new roles in the future.
Nice-to-haves
We would be absolutely astonished* by you if you:

- experience with MongoDB, GraphQL, React Native, Meteor.
- familiarity with js/python AI frameworks and experience with integrating AI services and solutions.
- created and maintained Open Source packages.

What will be your responsibilities?
Your responsibilities as a Mid Full Stack Developer will include:
- Working with our versatile tech stack, which features TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, Apollo, MongoDB, Meteor, React Native, and more. We’re looking for someone eager to expand their expertise as our tech stack grows.
- Finding the best solutions to improve product quality.
- Ensuring high code quality through best programming practices and code review.
- Actively contributing to a great atmosphere within your team.
