Several reasons led me to join this fantastic team. Previously, I worked for a large technology company in Poland that did not prioritize the development of its employees. There was no chance for me to improve my skills by exploring new Open Source technologies, as we always stuck to outdated solutions. About your future (project/work)
As a Mid Fullstack Developer at Vazco, you grow by contributing to innovative projects worldwide and the Open Source community. You can rely on support from your project team, including well-experienced Full Stack developers, a QA specialist, and a PM/PO. By joining our Crew, you enter the mission to maintain the highest coding standards on the market.
Are we a match?
You meet all our criteria if you have:
- Good understanding of tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices with a dedication to high-quality standards.
- Understanding and genuine interest in AI and GenAI concepts.
- Experience using vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Chroma) and/or databases with vector capabilities (MongoDB, Postgres).
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
- Proven experience with CI/CD and general DevOps practices.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
- Capability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
- Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Polish (min. B2 level).
Nice-to-haves
We would be absolutely astonished* by you if you:

- Experience with React Native, Meteor, GraphQL, Apollo.
- Proficiency in Python, particularly in AI libraries.
- Experience with mitigating AI-related security threats and red teaming techniques.

- Active participation in tech communities through meetups, conferences, or tech blogging.
What will be your responsibilities?
Your responsibilities as a Mid Full Stack & AI Developer will include:
- Contributing to the development of cutting-edge, AI-driven applications and other innovative projects.
- Identifying optimal methods to integrate AI-UX principles within our products.
- Working with our versatile tech stack, which features TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, React Native, Meteor, and many more. We’re looking for someone eager to expand their expertise as our tech stack grows.
- Ensuring high-quality code and actively conducting detailed code reviews.
- Promoting knowledge-sharing and actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
