This plugin allows you to use the canvas menu on your site. Menu links can be automatically imported from the tools menu. It's easy to define new links, as well as to reorder and rename existing ones. Each link has a separate class which allows to easily customize it.
This plugin is compatible with the vazco_topbar_templates plugin - when both are used, you can extend your topbar with the canvas menu.

After enabling the plugin you will be able to define links for your canvas menu:
In case you use vazco_topbar_template plugin, you will be able to move the canvas menu to your topbar:
You can define your links in two ways:
- you can import links from the tools menu
- you can input your own custom links
After a link is created, you can reorder it by drag and dropping the link on a different position:
You can always edit or disable the links imported from tools menu. You can also return the specific edited link to the default name and URL. When you add a new plugin that adds a link to tools menu, it will be automatically available in canvas_menu as a default link.

Plugins from Elggdev are often updated for free once newer versions of Elgg is released. This is not a rule though. Some of the less popular plugins will be updated with a delay. You can speed up this process by funding the update.
