This plugin allows administrator to add public avatars to the site, including interactive flash avatars. This saves your brandwidth and disc space, as well as creates better user experience.

WHAT IT DOES:
- allows you to upload interactive flash avatars
- gives you access to a library of over 20 free flash avatars
- allows you to upload gif, jpg, png avatars
- multiple users can use avatars you uploaded
- makes the icon dropdown menu appear on hover
HOW IT LOOKS:

After enabling the plugin, a new link is created in the left menu on the administration page. The main administrator (the one whom you registered after installing your Elgg site) can add public avatars to the site from the page that link leads to:
Administrator can also view and delete avatars that were already uploaded:
After clicking on an avatar, it's enlarged version is shown in the lightbox:
After administration has uploaded avatars, a new section appears on the 'edit profile icon' page. Users can view existing public avatars there, and choose the one they want to use as their own:
This plugin don't block the private avatars (the ones that user uploads). It adds the possibility to use both private and public avatars.

INSTALL:
- make sure to disable the vazco_profileup plugin
- copy the plugin to mods folder
- if you use the vazco_topbar plugin, make sure it's below the vazco_avatars plugin on plugin list
- enable vazco_avatars
