HOW IT LOOKS:

After installing a plugin you will see a new link on the admin page - 'Edit Advertisements'. When you click on this link, you will be redirected to the page that will allow you to  place your advertisement's code in the certain sections of your page. You will be able to place keyword texts for your ads and fields from Google's adManager.

You can view elggdev's advertisement  settings page to see in what sections you can exactly place your ads.

Additionaly, vazco_ads gives you the possibility to configure GoogleBot to access content for logged in users only. You can configure GoogleBot by providing it with the link that is generated for your site in plugin settings. Afterwards, GoogleBot will be able to place advertisements on closed sections of your site.

Supported ad publishers

The plugin supports adSense advertisements, as well as all the javascript-based advertisements. Some of them are:

NOTE: though you will be able to place any javascript-based ads on your site, setting keywords will work only with the adSense

This plugin works with the default template. Although it should work with other templates, it's not guaranteed. Plugin will be configured to work with a few most popular templates.

INSTALLATION:

• place in mod folder and enable
• make sure the plugin is below your template, on the bottom of the plugin list

REQUIREMENTS

Plugin works as a standalone version, though there are two plugins that are integrated with vazco_ads:

• vazco_mainpage (you can place ads with keywords and adBlock protection on your main page)
• vazco_spotlightedit (you can place ads on your spotlight and show spotlight's content to users each time they log in. This is not intrusive way of advertising.)
