How our site development process looks:

1. you contact us with the overall specification of your site
2. we will provide you with the forms that will allow you to create a more detailed specification
3. you send us the specification and we send you the cost and time estimate
4. if you agree on the costs, we divide project to phases. Each phase contains separate payment after completion
5. after the project is finished, we provide at least one month of debugging

How plugin development process looks:

1. You present us with the idea of the plugin you want to have developed
2. we give you the price and cost estimate. In this phase you can expect to get advices what can be done faster/cheaper without loosing the functionality.
3. You accept the price and date. You have to make half of the payment before the development starts.
4. When development is finished, I present you my work on a test site (pure Elgg 1.5 or 1.2)
5. If you're happy with the plugin, you can send a second half of the payment. Afterwards we send you the code, or install the plugin on your site if preferred.
6. we provide you with the debugging support after the plugin is finished.
