Plugin's name: elgg central

in recognition that sites need users and different sites offer different niche interests, this plugin would allow site owners to add their sites to a central database, and when a new user registers at their site, it would also register the user at all the elgg sites in the network so that the user can use the same login at all sites and send and receive messages to/from any of their friends in any site, and browse any/all sites in the network. sites could also display a logo-link as an indication of their membership of the network.. possibly with number of users in the database(y users).
