Plugin's name: attachments
this plugin would enable users to send file attachments using elgg's internal mailing system. the files would then be automatically added to the recipient's files on receipt.

Adclose, this is a really good idea. We will probably incorporate this functionality into the reworked mailing system we plan to develop for Elgg soon.

a note: if image files are sent they would be sent to a photo album called 'from'+sender which would be set up automatically if it did not exist.
e.g if i send vazco an image attachment the folder should be called 'from adclose'
