Plugin's name: Modification to comments on vazco_forum

I need my vazco_forums comments to be subjected to peer review, i.e. logged in users can vote comments up or down with low votes (threshold should be set by admin) getting "buried (i.e. the comment is no longer visible unless clicked on by a user)."

I think it would also help to increase sales of the vazco_forums.

I believe that youtube.com and moddb.com have a similar system.
