I need to have my theme at the bottom my plugin list, but when I do that my topbar, topbar menu and topbar template disappear.  I have them inside my template/views folder.  Anything else I should be aware of or are some customized themes unable to support the topbar plug-in?  Is it ok to have plug-ins below your theme and modify them separately?  I've been doing that just to keep moving on the site, but I don't think it's kosher.  Thanks for your advice.  Here's what the site looks like without my lovely vasco topbar, topbar menu, and topbar template.  Thanks for your help!
